This Privacy Policy explains what information XLEO collects, how it is used, how SMS consent works, and how end users can opt in or out of text messaging. This page is intended to support XLEO's business communications and operational messaging program.
Information We Collect
XLEO may collect the following categories of information:
- Name, company name, and contact details you provide to us.
- Mobile phone number and consent status for SMS communications.
- Message content, message history, timestamps, and delivery status related to business texting.
- Project, support, or account information you share when working with XLEO.
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To send operational, support, approval, onboarding, and account-related messages.
- To maintain records of consent, opt-out requests, and approved contacts.
- To protect our systems, investigate misuse, and improve service delivery.
SMS Opt-In and Consent
XLEO sends SMS messages only to end users who have provided explicit consent. End users opt in to the campaign through one or more of the following methods, and each method is listed here for transparency:
- By providing a mobile number and express SMS consent through an XLEO web form with a required opt-in checkbox and disclosure language.
- By sending a written request to hello@xleo.com asking to receive text messages from XLEO.
- By providing a mobile number and express consent in a signed service agreement, onboarding form, or project intake document.
- By directly requesting SMS communication from an XLEO representative during a business relationship, followed by written confirmation before the number is enrolled.
XLEO does not use purchased lead lists, scraped phone numbers, or shared third-party lists for SMS messaging.

Message Frequency and Opt-Out
Message frequency varies based on the service relationship and the type of operational updates requested. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or by contacting hello@xleo.com. For help, reply HELP or contact us by email.
Sharing of Information
XLEO may use service providers that help us operate our website, communications, and technical systems. However, mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
